A strict adherence to protocol --- this is among the many virtues that the Coast Guard Auxiliary District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (CGADNCR-CL) is known for. In a series of Protocol Seminar it conducted since August, about 150 officers of the said District have gathered to learn and refresh their memories on the proper wearing of uniforms, appropriate grooming, flow of communications, wardroom etiquette, drills, and other naval traditions adhered to by the PCG and the PCGA. The participants were reminded of their obligations as true officers and gentlemen by observing the PCGA values of Responsibility, Accountability, Discipline and Active Volunteerism.
